1. Booking Policies

1.1 Reservations
  • To secure your spot on a tour or private charter, bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone.
  • All bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will be provided via email upon successful payment.
1.2 Payment Terms
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, or other secure payment gateways.
  • Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.
1.3 Special Requests
  • We will strive to accommodate special requests, such as dietary requirements or accessibility needs, but these are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations by You
  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email and will be effective only when acknowledged by our team.
  • Refund eligibility is based on the notice period provided:
    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date: Full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund.
2.2 Cancellations by Us
  • Phuket Jennah Tour reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, low participation, or safety concerns. In such cases, customers will be offered:
    • A rescheduled date.
    • An alternative tour.
    • A full refund if rescheduling or alternatives are not acceptable.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information
  • Customers must provide accurate personal details during the booking process. Phuket Jennah Tour is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
3.2 Compliance with Local Laws
  • Travellers are expected to adhere to all local laws and regulations during tours. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the tour without compensation.
3.3 Travel Insurance
  • It is the responsibility of the traveller to obtain adequate travel insurance that covers potential risks, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

    • Injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during tours.
    • Delays or cancellations caused by weather, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Changes to Bookings

5.1 Amendments by You
  • Requests to modify bookings must be submitted via email at least 7 days before the tour date. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5.2 Amendments by Us
  • In rare cases, tour itineraries may be modified due to safety, weather, or operational requirements. We will notify customers promptly and provide suitable alternatives.
